In 2008, the Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil felt the need to create a Young Company to reap the rewards of the talents developed at the Institution. The consolidation of the Bolshoi Youth Company in Brazil responds to the demand for growth and development of dance in the country.
The Jovem Bolshoi Brasil Company is an extension of the institution, made up of newly graduated dancers who have the opportunity to gain professional experience in a wide range of performances. With over 15 years of training, the company consolidates the talents developed at the Bolshoi School in the international artistic job market.
The standard of excellence that the dancers bring from their training means that they are recognized for all their work. The Young Company's goal is to remain active in constant public performances; its artists act as audience-building agents and encourage new talents.
